Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Data Entry Associate to work on-site with our client, a full-service global transportation and logistics company with over 75 locations. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

This position is responsible for recording information within a Warehouse Management system. They are also responsible for entering order data from paper formats or emails into a warehouse management system using a keyboard.

Responsibilities:

Type in data provided directly from customers Create and review spreadsheets as needed Verify data by comparing it to source documents Update existing data Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost Other duties as requested

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 to 2 years of Data Entry experience Fast typing skills: knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office: Word, Excel, etc.) Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware and peripheral devices Basic understanding of databases Able to read, write and speak English
