The Enterprise Services team is looking for highly-experienced AWS cloud engineer to produce and deploy pub-sub event streaming for their API framework. This requires a practitioner who accelerates outcomes, affects positive change, and moves business forward. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for continual learning and effort to help the team understand a new technology environment that will solve complex business challenges. What you’ll do: – Understand technical solutions that are mapped to solving business problems – Collaborate with technical lead to execute on project requirements for event bus architecture – Work closely with engineering leadership and AWS architects to develop a framework within an event bus hub – Design and deploy prioritized event-based features from a product backlog – Function as the technical subject matter expert; mentoring engineers and leading DevOps initiatives within AWS – Deliver application integrity and operational excellence through automation frameworks – Experience working with Agile methodology, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies – Ability to successfully elicit from appropriate product team partners requirements – Knowledge of SDLC framework to implement tool for initial go live, operational changes, break fixes, and maintenance releases – Experience in troubleshooting AWS and other integration tools – Experience in analyzing potential gaps in business processes for the designing, solutioning, implementing, planning and integration tests
