Description:

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of the Construction Vendor’s for all tasks associated to Site Design through Construction, On Air and Close-Out.

They will be responsible for the management of the A&E Vendor, Construction Vendor and Integration of the site onto the network. They will manage Pre-Construction activity which would include performing Site Walks with the vendor to QC/QA the site ensuring standards have been complied with.

The Construction Manager will also coordinate the Bill of Materials and process / issue PO’s for vendor awards.

The Construction Manager will pick up full management of the project at NTP (Notice to Proceed) from Site Development. From there they will be responsible for coordinating material delivery for GC’s to start/complete construction activity. They will guide the GC through the construction process adhering to the timelines set forth in the SOW. The Construction Manager is the escalation point for any issue that occurs by the General Contractor while construction is in process.

Lastly the Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the vendor to Closeout Acceptance. The Closeout process requires multiple documentations and photographs that show the site has been built to specifications. They will need to verify all A&E, Site Development and Construction process have been met prior to uploading Closeout Documentation for acceptance.
