TEKsystems Hiring for Network Engineer/ Service Delivery Manager at Indianapolis, Indiana Full Time

Description:

This network engineer will be operating in the role of a service delivery manager and will be tasked with being the primary liaison between our client and the Vendors to make sure SLA’s, processes and procedures are properly delivered on. This network engineer will need to possess a strong network infrastructure background , understand PM methodologies, drive deliverables and service, and handle all necessary communication between Vendor and client. This role will specifically be handling the server/data center tower. Given the increased technical nature of this role, the ideal template for this position would be someone that is currently in a hands on, technical role and wants to get more into the functional/leadership space. Or, someone that is from a midsized organization where they are wearing many different technical hats around doing technical work, dealing with vendors, and driving projects.

Candidate will be working in a Hybrid work environment.
