The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant your role will be partnering and delivering into a client base across our niche markets ensuring successful partnerships.

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Develop strong networks of candidates and understand their specific skills goals and interests
• Match candidate skills to customer needs and create career opportunities in the market
• Meet with customers to understand their talent needs
• Partner with our senior leadership team to execute our sales strategy and goals,as we continue our local growth
• Participate in ongoing training and development to further your knowledge

The Person

• Prior experience in a customer facing role,be that sales,customer service, retail, B2B or B2C sales experience
• Proven background of applying yourself and achieving in the fields you have pursued (professional,sporting & academic)
• A keen interest in the industries we support and an eagerness to be in sales and consulting.
• A team focused mentality and a thirst to learn and develop for the long-term
• Energetic with a competitive spirit
