Telstra Health Hiring for Junior Mobile Software Engineer Job at Australia, Australia Full Time

Virtual Care Solutions:

This role will join our Virtual Care Solutions team. Virtual Care Solutions provide end to end service and technology capability that support healthcare organisations to improve clinical service delivery and enhance interactions between patients and providers. We deliver clinical and co-ordination services, home monitoring technology, video platforms and applications to enable patients to be connected to their healthcare provider

Help us shape a connected future for healthcare by:

• Working with QA, BA, developers and UX to ensure development quality is maintained at the highest standard.
• Providing technical solutions in terms of code, design and industry best practices to ensure a quality product.
• Documenting technical designs to enable stakeholders and governance teams to review and endorse solutions being implemented.
• Participating in the entire software development lifecycle from the concept stage through to release and producing secure, high performance, maintainable code using industry best practices.
• Liaising with the technology manager, other developers and testers in a collaborative team environment.

Required skills and experience:

• 1-2 years of native mobile development (iOS and Android).
• Cross-platform mobile development in Xamarin Forms is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile Software development framework particularly TDD / BDD.
• Development testing knowledge – Unit testing using available frameworks such as NUnit.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

Highly desirable:

• Experience in .Net (+ .NET Core), ASP.NET, SQL, Web API.
• Cloud experience (Azure / AWS).
• Experience in .Net (+ .NET Core), ASP.NET, SQL, Web API.
