Temco Logistics Hiring for Submitter Data Entry Job at Newark, CA Full Time

TEMCO LOGISTICS is hiring Submitters (Data Entry Clerks) to join our Newark Office. The Submitter will be responsible for but not limited to entering data into our database systems, ensure all data is accurate and up to date and work closely with our technicians and drivers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collecting information from drivers and driver manifests
• Entering data into the central database system is accurate
• Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
• Ensuring all data from routes are appropriately tagged and marked in the database
• Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
• Retrieving data as requested
• Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
• Generating periodic reports
• Indexing and filing invoices

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 2 years of data entry experience or related office experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
• Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, calculator, and photocopier
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to think analytically

Schedule: Tuesday -Saturday 12pm -8:30 pm
