We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to work with a key group of customers. Responsibilities include: proactive and after sale follow up calls, resolving customer issues, growing sales within your customer base. the ideal candidate enjoys working with customers and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Direct support for customer orders and scheduling
• Document customer calls in Excel spreadsheet
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Strong mechanical, automotive or trailer knowledge
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Upbeat, positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
