Industry-leading SEC compliance company is seeking a part time document processor to work from home. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have experience with financial reporting and EDGAR/SEC filings; company will train on specialized EDGAR software. Job duties include, but are not limited to, EDGAR document processing, document editing, data entry, and e-mail and project management. We are seeking someone who is available 2 PM -10 PM Pacific time on an as-needed basis, including some weekend work. Combined hourly and piecework rate. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be task- and detail- oriented, have good communication and multitasking skills, and be able to handle information confidentially.
