POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive our ambitious growth plans. In this key leadership role, you will oversee core areas such as retail marketing, growth strategies, brand development, CRM, promotions, loyalty programs, and digital marketing initiatives. You will manage a team of experienced marketers and collaborate closely with senior leadership to craft and execute marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals and propel sustainable growth across both retail and eCommerce channels.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading marketing teams and executing data-driven, multi-channel strategies across both retail and digital landscapes. The Senior Director will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing customer engagement, and driving growth through tailored marketing approaches across physical stores and digital channels. A strong focus on results, innovation, and operational excellence is essential to ensure the company’s continued success and expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Craft and implement an integrated marketing strategy aimed at driving both customer acquisition and retention, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Lead and manage a team of marketers, overseeing key functions such as retail marketing, promotions, loyalty programs, CRM, eCommerce, and social media.
Supervise brand management, integrated marketing efforts, and content delivery, ensuring consistency and collaboration across retail and digital touchpoints to maintain brand cohesion.
Partner with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Customer Support to design and execute omnichannel campaigns that enhance the customer journey and foster engagement across stores and online.
Continuously assess campaign performance, market trends, and customer data to optimize strategies for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Spearhead digital marketing growth through CRM and eCommerce, exploring new tools, technologies, and approaches to strengthen customer engagement and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
