“We are a growing transportation company looking for someone who is organized, a team player, and has experience with invoicing/data entry in QuickBooks. we are looking for 8 hours a day.
- QuickBooks online experience required.
- This is a 1099 position.
Scope of work
-Real time invoicing in QuickBooks online.
-Receipt Management-allocate receipts/expenses from drivers to specifics moves for P&L by move.
-Receipt Reconciliation-money is sent to drivers for expenses. Matching receipts with money sent to those drivers and reconciling them.
-Basic bookkeeping.
-Setting up payroll each week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- QuickBooks online: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: Remote
