With this, an exciting opportunity to join our iconic brands as a production assistant has become available! As a production assistant, you will join the production team in Glendene, to produce high quality and delicious products for our consumers.

Tasks and Responsibilities of the role:

• Ingredients preparation to ensure that they meet all quality specifications
• Mixing and preparation of doughs and mixtures to the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Operate company’s factory machinery to produce product to quality standards (size, shape and texture)
• Ensure yourself and the team maintain a high level of product quality and adhere to safety requirements at all times
• Housekeeping duties when required

Ingredients for Success:

• Commitment to a full time role Monday-Friday flexibility to commence from 7am, 10am or 1pm is required
• An understanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work as part of a team
• High levels of energy and enthusiasm for learning new skills – we will do the rest in giving you the appropriate training to build your skills
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to manage and work to deadlines
• Able to complete a full medical and complete background checks
