Duties
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation
- Creating, maintaining and entering information into database
- Maintain proper organization of filing system, storage of documents and information
- Process invoices
- Any other administrative jobs as and when assigned
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Good in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Meticulous with keen eye for details and resourceful
