Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Manufacturing Functional Excellence Team is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Administration Coordinator (Training Coordinator) to join our team in Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze training data to develop plans to support numerous functions

• Participate in process improvement activities

• Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, training history, and completion reports.perform ad hoc training queries for customers

• Work effectively and cooperatively with peers from other teams and organizations to implement training plans in a dynamic, fast paced environment

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years’ experience with data analytics

• 3+ years’ experience using reporting tools

• 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience creating, analyzing, and reporting status through the use of various tools (BERT, Cognos, and My Learning) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• 5+ years of experience with Excel

• Experience with Project Management

• Experience with My Learning Operational User

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years’ related work, Bachelor, etc.).
