Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Quality Records Accountability Analyst to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana .
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
The overall goal of the records management program is to adequately and properly document the policies, transactions, and management of activities while on a host installation; therefore, the objectives of records management is to achieve the following:
Document Core Functions. Must identify and manage those records involved with core functions of that program, including, but not limited to operations, training, logistics, and facilities.
Ensure Proper and Timely Disposition of Records. Records must be maintained and retained for approved periods of time.
Ensure Availability and Protection of Records. Records must be made available to those who require access. Simultaneously, records must be protected against unauthorized disclosure to those who should not have access, including individuals and programs, both with and outside the Boeing Company.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable records management statutes, regulations, and policies per Air Force directives
Determine records access and enforces records management compliance
Maintains Boeing Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
Works under general supervision
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in a Logs and Records role
Capable of working a variable shift, and occasional overtime and weekends
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Air Force technical data experience
Familiarization with AFTO 781 Forms
DCMA INST 8210 experience
AFI 33-322, Records Management and Information Governance Program
