We’re seeking an administrative assistant to join our progressive team of professionals where we focus on the wellness of our team members and the community. This is currently a one-year contract with the potential of becoming permanent full-time.
Our ideal candidate is confident and can provide consistent, timely, caring and professional phone and email correspondence with our clients and community stakeholders. The role will also require confidential record keeping, billing, and timely ordering of necessary supplies and stocking. Bookkeeping experience is an asset and will translate to a higher starting wage.
