Your role at Clorox:
The Packaging Department strives to produce the highest-quality products in a safe and efficient manner that meets customer requirements and minimizes costs. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package.
In this role, you will:
- Machine Operation of packaging equipment
- Machine Changeovers for all equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance work on line equipment
- Identify and correct quality problems and communicate with vendors and suppliers when necessary.
- Order and conduct inventory of all supplies and parts assigned
- Initiate and complete improvement projects and equipment installation
- General direction is provided daily
What we look for:
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical degree / skills preferred
- Desire to work in dynamic team environment
- 2 years experience in Manufacturing environment
- Self motivated work behavior
- Basic computer skills including email Microsoft Office
- Starting Compensation: $22.55 per hour plus $2 shift differential
