We are currently looking for an Admin/Personal Assistant to join our team. This position will be directly supporting the day-to-day operations of the General Manager at The Coating Inspector. Currently this is a 6 month contract with the option to transition into a permanent position at the end of the contract period.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist The Coating Inspector GM during a maternity leave. In this position, you should be comfortable:
– Coordinating calendar appointments
– Managing communications (email, phone, text)
– Managing Business Expenses
– Preparing Presentations
– General office support
– Administrative tasks
– Preparing for Meetings (taking minutes)
– Running errands
– Assisting with other departments within the organization as needed.
