Primary Location:

Primary location will be Brazil; however Flexible Location is allowed (within Latin America countries). Budget Relocation not approved for this role.

What You’ll Do for Us

• 
  The OU Marketing Capability manager reports into the Marketing Capabilities & Experimentation System Lead that is responsible for the implementation of the Organizational Unit Marketing capability agenda, while connecting and integrating it to the global Marketing capability network.

• 
  Lead the implementation of a compelling vision and strategic agenda for KO Marketing capabilities, in anticipation of the future. This includes defining the OU agenda, resources and calendars to advance KO knowledge, skills & competencies, experiences and learning culture, leveraging external best practices and in partnership with HR.

• 
  OU Marketing Capability lead will interact regularly with the global Marketing Network Operations and Capabilities Lead, with OU Marketing Lead and broader OU marketing team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 
  10-12 years of experience including Marketing, Innovation, Capability Management, Project Management
• We are looking for change agents that are curious, passionate about 10X mindset/tools and have a balance of creativity and business acumen, hence able to transform Marketing by bridging the future and the present, global and regional.
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
• Experience working with marketing in the field is preferred

• Strong drive to develop talents and teams.

Communication Focus

• The role communicates internally across OU Mkt (and eventually including Key Bottlers), the global Marketing capabilities & GEM community and OU HR and PAC community.
• The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the global Marketing capability community.
• The role must be in contact with external partners in order to constantly oxygenate the OU marketing organization
