What You’ll Do for Us:
Ensure execution of the sourcing strategy developed by Proc Partners) across CPS plants in the East.
Key point of contact to leverage and streamline communication with our CPS Plants.
Ensure adherence to the Allocation, Price & Terms.
Identify with Procurement partners and CPS the opportunities for PMO and PPV
Ensure an efficient Supplier on-boarding process in CPS.
Responsible for communicating commercial instruction and plant specific requirements.
Manage tactical relationships with suppliers.
Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement policies.
Give support for New Acquisitions.
Mitigate supply chain issues and systemic supplier failures.
Support to the SRM program
Consolidate the opportunities or change request generated across CPS and work collaboratively with the Proc.
Partners to validate the benefits and the add value to the business.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or another related field.
10+ years Procurement / Supply Management Experience
3+ years Regional Representative experience on Global Ingredient Team
3+ years Global Category Manager experience preferable
Proven track record in managing supply issues working across suppliers, senior leadership, and sourcing managers to mitigate supply continuity.
Experience in data collection methods. Must be able to analyze key procurement metrics to report results to senior management.
Knowledge of/experience with operating environments, systems, and processes used in solution design and develop efforts.
Knowledge of/experience with operating environments, systems, and processes and solution tools used in end to end Procurement Operations.
Knowledge of procurement processes and applications to diverse categories to deliver value for the business. Includes the ability to use financial models, industry knowledge, and the client’s business requirements to develop and implement optimized business solutions.
Ability to work as part of a virtual global team to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to deliver better business results and share best practices across a global System.
Ability to use data and apply robust analytics to model various business scenarios and analyze resulting cost, impact, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.
