Brand & Communications Assistant

Our client is looking for a 6 month contract co-ordinator to join their team located in Ellerslie, Auckland.

This position meets a short term need to assist the Brand and Communications Manager in setting up new communications channels (website and intranet), updating brand guidelines, producing videos and imagery, and establishing M365 libraries and workflows for operational efficiency.

The right candidate for this role will have 3 years of experience plus a relevant degree, along with experience in maintaining website content, setting up Google Analytics and SEO, maintaining Intranet content and using Microsoft 365 platforms – specifically SharePoint and Teams. You will also have experience in creating and publishing marketing content on digital channels.
