To support education for service users and other health care professionals to enable Pharmacy to provide an outstanding patient experience.

To work cohesively with section leads to support training.

To maintain own competencies to support service delivery.

• To act as a role model and a mentor
• To be support the Principal Pharmacy technician for Operations and training by liaising and coordinating with external course providers who provide education and external assessments for Pharmacy apprentices.
• To support the Principal Pharmacy technician for Operations and training by acting as an expert witness for pharmacy apprentices based in the Pharmacy Department.
• To support with the coordinating and monitoring of internal training for Pharmacy apprentices and members of the Pharmacy technical team.
• To support the principal Pharmacy technician for Operations and training with ensuring that staff are up to date with Mandatory training.
• Working with the Principal Pharmacy Technician for Operations and training by seeking out new opportunities to improve education for service users and other health care professionals to enable Pharmacy to provide an outstanding patient experience
