The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training – SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.
We are now looking to appoint a Project Officer who will be responsible for supporting the management of contractual performance across ETF’s programme delivery. This involves coordinating project activity, managing small projects or strands of work, tracking and monitoring budgets, building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and leading on developing and embedding ways of working within the Performance Management team.
The role will report into the Performance Manager and will be responsible for supporting the management of programmes and providing day-to-day support to the Performance Managers (PM) and National Head of Performance Management. The Performance Management team is responsible for driving performance improvements and managing delivery in line with commissioners’ expectations in terms of programme and project management. The team will also contribute to procurement activity in the selection of partners and will engage with the Quality team to make sure that delivery meets quality expectations.
