The Escape Game Hiring for Game Guide for Virtual Experiences, Las Vegas at Las Vegas, NV Full Time

Position Description: Through empathy and expertise, our Game Guides help to facilitate epic, online experiences based on each team’s individual needs and wants.

How Game Guides Serve Our Guests and Our Team:
Running virtual events with a team and up to 300+ attendees

Enthusiastically helping attendees setup for an online experience

Leading groups of 3-6 guests with fun, friendly conversation

Collecting information and making meaningful connections with our guests

Enthusiastically and professionally explaining TEG and the rules of the game

Monitor games and give attendees clues and hints

Giving a recap of the experience in the outro

Completing necessary reports

Immediately and graciously resolving guest service failures

Troubleshooting tech problems that may occur

Job Requirements:
Must have a computer with zoom capabilities and a webcam

Flexible availability. Weekly available hours will vary based on events booked.

Job Type: Part-time // Hours range each week based off of scheduled events // Hours are competitive based off of performance, availability, and commitment.
