Full Job Description
This position is to support the implementation of the Bobbi Brown Communications strategy including editorial, influencer and makeup artist outreach. This role will support the Communications team with administrative responsibilities alongside event implementation and product launch management.
Key responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Facilitate UK & Ireland media, influencer and makeup artist enquiries and product requests in a timely manner
- Build relationships with media, influencers and makeup artist to secure brand coverage across the UK and Ireland
- Manage preview samples and stock and lead mailing execution for product launches
- Coordinate sampling and stock orders for Communications team, press office and PRO Artists to support media outreach and content creation
- Maintain contact database to ensure all media, influencers and artists details are kept up to date
- Create localised assets for events and mailings with management of local press materials – coordinate and execute media/influencer press releases and e-blasts
- Monitor and provide analysis for all media coverage across print, online and social by launch, monthly and weekly Team Connect meetings utilising in-house analytics tools (Tribe Dynamics and Launch Metrics), also support towards global 360 recaps
- Support Influencer activations including influencer identification, contracts, and monitoring content – organic and paid
- Play a key role in the planning and execution of media events and local activations (in-person and virtual)
- Support Communications team with VIP PRO Artist makeup bookings
- Management of all PO’s & contracts in an effective manner, while building internal relationships with procurement and legal teams. Also ensure PO tracker is kept up to date.
- Assist Communications team with ‘Pretty Powerful’ philanthropic initiative
Qualifications
Personal Attributes:
- A desire and enthusiasm to work in PR/Communications industry
- Previous work experience or qualification in PR/Communications is desirable
- A ‘can do’ and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal
- Awareness of social media platforms, industry trends and influencers within beauty and beyond
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop) is preferred
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite
