The Role:  

Come and be part of a busy kitchen team that always delivers delicious food to their customers.  The Chef de Partie is an integral member of the team and helps to keep the wheels turning.  This is a fun and supportive kitchen and the Chef de Partie will get to hone in on skills already gained, while working under a very experienced Head Chef that will help you to grow even further in your culinary career.

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Hands on Chef de Partie role – you will be part of a busy kitchen  
•  Assist in preparing delicious food for our patrons 
•  Produce all menu items in accordance with dish specifications  
•  Train other team members in menu item production and/or technique  
•  Practice food safety methods as per the kitchen’s Food Safety Plan
