Primary Responsibilities:

• You must have actual Scheduling EXPERIENCE on your resume, preferably for a company offering similar services (ABA, Behavior Intervention, Mental Health, Social Services, direct client care, etc.) ON YOUR RESUME
• Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to react to day to day operational requirements in a professional and timely manner
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines
• Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including phone and e-mail etiquette
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Relevant administrative experience
• Full time, not to exceed 40 hours/week
• Create/update schedules that matches the AUTH information on file
• Update monthly schedules, maintain email communication with caregivers, direct staff and BCBAs
• Request confirmation or approval from Clinical Director when warranted regarding staff placement
• Daily changes/update with weekends included
• Time off Request Tracking
• Scheduling Management – Update in as close to “real time” as possible for all late arrivals, no shows, cancellations
• Ensure clients are provided services that are clinically recommended and authorized
• Attend scheduling and clinical meetings
• Coordinate a team approach with BCBAs and direct staff
• Problem solve situations, offer solutions, input to the clinical team
• Will require flexibility with hours available to attend to after-hours callouts, scheduling emergencies and on-call weekend rotation, as we provide services 7 days a week

Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour

Experience:

• SCHEDULING in ABA or similar field: 1 year (Required)
