Our client, a leading biotech company in Boston, is looking to add a reliable, organized Receptionist to its team. Strong candidates for this role are proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.

This position is fully onsite and temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent, and it starts immediately. Candidates must be vaccinated and able to commute to work onsite in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position.

Compensation: $23 per hour (temporary)

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, clients, and team members visiting the office
• Manage office conference room schedule
• Coordinate necessary arrangements for meetings including set up, catering, materials, and resetting
• Receive and distribute office mail and packages
• Maintain up-to-date internal employee information and contact details
• Provide administrative support for special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree required
• 0-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or comparable administrative position
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
