A day in the life of a Systems Engineer will involve:

• Being responsible for infrastructure and system support for a significant portfolio of clients
• Acting as a trusted advisor for our clients, capable of giving them a technical edge
• Proactively identifying technical improvements to operational activities and leading the implementation of these
• Acting as a point of escalation, resolving clients’ technical issues correctly, quickly, and with added info as required to upskill.

To stand out from the crowd and fit in here you will have:

• Extensive experience in Wintel infrastructure and Microsoft 365
• Solid experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, Terminal services.
• Extensive experience in Public Cloud and Hybrid/Private Cloud.
• VMWare, ESXi, Hyper-V, Citrix experience essential.
• Cloud Experience, Azure and AWS expertise would be advantageous.
• Exposure to multi-tenancy/hosting environments would be ideal.
• PSA and RMM experience advantageous especially if related to ConnectWise Automate and Manage.
• Have exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Understanding of ITIL V3 fundamentals with particular exposure to service operations.
