You are a service-oriented individual who thrives on helping others. You have an aptitude for solving problems and play very close attention to the small things. You are technically savvy, have the ability to learn new things quickly, love engaging with guests and colleagues, work well independently and within a team.

‘Responsibilities Include:

Keeping an Eye on the Details – Perform all audit duties to standard, balance all revenue departments daily, and complete reports with accuracy

Ensuring Professional Service – Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring each patron feels feel genuinely cared for

Being a Team Player – Work positively alongside co-workers to ensure tasks are completed to standard in a timely manner

Setting Up Your Area for Success – Ensure the Front Office area is kept tidy and well stocked with appropriate items and equipment

Learn, Develop & Grow! – Participate in training opportunities to develop strong hotel knowledge, and further your career!

Job Requirements:

· Computer literacy

· Hotel PMS experience an asset

· Service oriented with an eye to supporting your internal guests

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment

· Excellent verbal & written communication skills

· Willingness to learn, develop & grow

· Numerical acuity and high attention to detail

· Comprehensive understanding of financial data, reporting, & basic arithmetic functions

· Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)

· Professional presentation

· Must be willing to work overnights, holidays and weekends

· Able to perform other duties as required
