The Krupnick Approach Hiring for College Admissions Advisor / College Essay Consultant at Remote Full Time

The Krupnick Approach was founded by Dr. Joseph Krupnick in 2016. We are a youth-focused, fast-paced, and dynamic tutoring firm designed to customize and maximize results for our students while providing a flexible and rewarding working relationship for the best tutors in the industry. In addition to our comprehensive ACT/SAT Test Prep and Academic/AP tutoring services, we offer wraparound college consulting services to students and families in the Chicagoland area and remotely across the country. These include planning and support for students and families for college selection, applications, essays, interviews, and admissions probability modeling.

Our tutors and consultants meet with students online or in our Chicago-based offices, assign homework between each session, and work closely with students, families, and other team members to achieve each students’ unique needs and admissions goals. Consultants are provided with a program specification document for each new student, which provides all program details, any relevant exam scores, student intake data and stated goals, the relevant consultant team assigned, scheduling parameters, program resources, and general program policies and procedures. All tutoring and consulting sessions are logged in a dedicated hour log and all homework is graded through our automated and customized grading system, allowing administrative staff to oversee progress and coordinate among team members in real time. Tutors may occasionally be asked to provide updates on overall student progress.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
