We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Meta Media Buyer to join one of the fastest growing marketing agencies in NZ.

As a Meta Media Buyer at The Launch Agency, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimising performance advertising campaigns across Meta platforms for a wide range of businesses from startups, to enterprise, to e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing and continually optimize campaigns for improved performance.
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging ad content.
• Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, trends, and technologies in the Meta advertising landscape.
• Ongoing performance copywriting

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in buying media on Meta platforms.
• Proficient in Meta’s Ads Manager and Analytics tools.
• Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
