A team that supports your personal and professional growth and is willing to make investment to help you achieve your long-term goals.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:The Leasing Manager reports to the Community Manager and oversees the leasing operations and resident retention of an assigned apartment community.What your day to day will look like:Responsible for the full life cycle of leasing, ensuring maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and a high renewal rate.Stays up with current leasing conditions including available units, renewals, and move-outs to understand sales goals. Ensure that unit availability is updated daily.Works closely with Marketing department to develop and execute successful external marketing and advertising initiatives.Oversees marketing and advertising efforts of the leasing team.Successfully train and develop staff members to increase resident retention.Oversees completion of lease paperwork for new move-ins and renewals.Ensures that leasing staff responds to phone and email inquiries from prospective and current residents.Always presents oneself with professionalism and to the standards of The Life Properties.Ensures that leasing staff adheres to all aspects of compliance with LIHTC regulations.QualificationsWhat you will need to succeed:High school diploma/GED; degree preferred3+ years multi-family leasing experience required
