Description:
Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
This position is based within our Network Services Admin Team, who are focused on delivering a high level of customer service to both our internal and external customers. Tasks range from general administration, invoicing, credit control and resolving customer queries to dispatching faults to our teams in the field.
This role is diverse, fast moving, and multi-faceted, with plenty of opportunities to upskill and learn more about the electricity distribution industry.
This role does require the successful candidate to participate in customer call taking and our afterhours faults dispatch roster.
