The Melillo Center for Developing Minds Hiring for Patient Advocate at Remote Full Time

Very well known expert in Childhood & Adult Neurodevelopmental Disorders (like Autism, ADD, Dyslexia and other learning disabilities) needs a virtual assistant to be a patient advocate for busy virtual program.

Responsibilities will be to communicate with virtual patients (usually via email), set up charts, prepare medical records and files, set up appointments and follow up with patients about their virtual programs.

Candidate must be able to write professionals and communicate with patients from all over the world. Working independently VERY important. Be very organized and develop your own tracking system for patient tracking, reporting and program development. Candidate must learn what we do and have a good rapport with patients. Looking for the right person to develop systems and grow virtual program.

Hours are flexible but must remain “set”. Approximately 15-20 hours per week. This can be M,W, F for 5 hours a day or can also include a week hours…. we are flexible with the days and times but must remain on a “set” schedule.

Position is PT at this time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
