The Menu Partners Ltd are looking for an passionate and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate posting and matching of supplier invoices to purchase orders/goods received notes

• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable

• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies

• Dealing with supplier queries

• Reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure all invoices are captured

• Developing good relationships with suppliers and colleagues to ensure efficient running of all areas

• Assisting with month end accounting

• Assist the accounts payable manager with any ad-hoc projects

This is a full-time and permanent role.

Salary is paid monthly.
