What You’ll Do:
Analyze quantitative data sets to tease segment-specific insights that show where there are pockets of opportunity to increase favorability and improve the experience, as well as territories of competitive advantage.
Integrate, summarize, and benchmark the Voice of Customer reporting systems with external studies to ensure cross-system data are accurate and align to how the business defines the opportunities, challenges, and goals.
Analyze, summarize, and visualize competitive research from data reporting to actively tie implications to brand go-to-market strategies.
Review company-wide social audience behavior to determine the top common passions, events, personalities, and themes that motivate and define their online engagement.
Familiarize yourself with the client’s primary and secondary audience’s passions, motivators, barriers, and behaviors with the ability to apply these insights to the client’s brand planning.
Partner with media and strategy, validate, enhance and socialize target audience segments.
Identify and recommend new research methodologies, tools, and partners that bring essential data into the client’s learning process.
Must Haves:
5+ years of professional experience in a brand marketing insights organization.
A ”self-starter” mindset, independently initiating and driving projects towards completion.
Ability to work independently, remotely, or in a hybrid setting while building positive partnerships and enhancing team inputs and outputs.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
Ability to set individual goals with little or no direction.
Expertise in utilizing a wide variety of methods to collect and analyze insights that inform brand strategy development efforts.
Experience analyzing data from a variety of different sources and presenting the data in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to build and maintain a best-in-class methodology for measuring brand health, and to evaluate the ever-changing technology available to inform our analysis and contextualize brand health strengths and weaknesses.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel with a clear understanding of pivot tables, and functions, matching multiple data sets, and cleaning large data sets.
Proficiency in other Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Critical thinker, good communicator, upbeat and positive outlook.
Ability to bucket data into categories/themes
Ability to proactively manage deadlines and workload.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Hours & Location
M-F, 20 hours/week. This role is 100% Remote. ( Candidate will work EST hours )
