The Mom Project Hiring for Part-Time Financial Admin (100% Remote) at Remote Full Time
Looking for a candidate who can support our growing IT startup with financial admin support. We sell software that help large enterprises better estimate and price large projects. We already have some large household names as clients and are growing quite fast.
The primary work responsibilities we are looking for your support are:
AR – track our customer SOW/contracts, track progress against deliverables, and ensure invoices are sent out on time. Finally ensure invoices are paid on time from our customers.
AP – monitor any incoming invoices and ensure they are approved and paid in a timely manner.
GL/Financial reporting – Provide monthly financial reporting (P&L, Cashflow, etc) to management for financial health and alerting. Ensure consistency between bank accounts and financial accounts.
We offer very flexible work hours with only a regular weekly call to discuss any open items and review how things are going.
We are using Quickbooks, so experience using Quickbooks is a requirement.
