We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to obtain customer information and enter it into our database. This position requires someone who is responsible for entering information for existing or potential customers. Must be able to provide quick, friendly service, answer client questions, follow up and maintain records. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

A successful candidate must be friendly, detail oriented, and multi-tasker. You must be able to understand the customer’s requests and present solutions that meet their needs in a quick and efficient manner. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills, be patient and a team player.

Skills

• Fast typing skills
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
