Our General Manager for Channel Strategy and Delivery has been transforming the vision and direction for our distribution channel. In order for us to power ahead, a quality assurance team was formed in January to ensure that we are meeting customer expectations and following all the right processes within our frontline channels.
We have multiple channels, retail being the largest and this is where your strong eye for detail and process will be your greatest strength. From listening to voice recordings to evaluating processes within our Centreforce CRM system, you will be doing it all.
You will be an experienced customer/people centric focused individual with great communication, especially someone that enjoys working part of a larger team that is scattered across the country.
