The Open Door Hiring for Call Center and Reception Assistant at Gloucester, MA Full Time

We are looking to hire a dynamic team member to join our team that works towards fulfilling our mission to alleviate the impact of hunger in our community. We serve 10 area cities and towns and use practical strategies to connect people to good food.

The Call Center team member will staff our reception desk afternoons from 1:30 – 5:30 pm. Our organization has a deep commitment to creating positive social change. The position will be centrally our receptionist, but in addition work with clients to place grocery orders using our on-line ordering platform.

We need team members to support and promote The Open Door’s mission. Team members must be vaccinated, must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment. Excellent customer service skills are a plus. Multi-lingual applicants strongly encouraged.

Team members have access to daily meals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
