The role
We are currently recruiting for an Educational Adviser to work within our Student Recruitment and Support Centre (SRSC) supporting students in the Faculty of Wellbeing, Education and Language Studies (WELS).
This role will focus on helping students and prospective students, through the provision of guidance and complex educational support leading to successful progression, qualification completion and student satisfaction. Contact is via a number of channels including inbound and outbound phone calls, emails . This role also requires ongoing contribution to the design and delivery of staff development within the SRSC and wider University.
The contractual location of this role is Nottingham. The team are currently working in a hybrid manner on a temporary basis whilst new our new ways of working are being explored. It is expected that you will attend the office on a regular basis therefore you should live within a commutable distance to the office.
