Document Control/Data Entry help needed for a State Agency in Quincy, MA. This is a Temporary, On-Site position, must be Fully Vaccinated.
Start Date: 01-30-23 pending interview & background check
Tentative End Date: 07-31-23
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours per day for a total of 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Duties:
- This position is required to assist the State Agency with their archiving needs and organization of all departments move. This position will be required to move from department to department as needed.
- Assist the Document Control Center to transfer Manual data of inventory shipping data to Excel spreadsheet.
- Assist with the organization, classification, boxing and indexing of department records. Assist departments with the archiving, destruction, digitalization effort to ensure that records are handled following State Agency policy.
- Create index of all new boxes going to archive, digitalization, or for destruction.
Requirements:
- Ability to type 45 – 50 words per minutes accurately
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs and Adobe
- Able to lift 50-pound boxes
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to follow directions
