Part-time Sr. Admin needed for a non-profit in Burlington.
Start Date: ASAP pending interview & background check
Tentative End Date: 04-28-23 with possibility of perm hire
Hours: 20-25 hours per week, possible hybrid schedule
Pay Rate: $22-$25 per hour DOE
Responsibilities:
– Need very responsible, organized, flexible person, who is a good communicator – to help me put some activities back in good working order, and then run our organization, after some “deterioration” /have not been maintained systematically in the pandemic
Tasks:
-Scheduling and planning for membership and Board meetings, coordinate with speakers, take minutes of meetings for first draft ( which are also recorded -) I edit them
-Recreate membership list of participants from our member organizations, and help me track engagement, where we need to reconnect with some organizational members
– Organize to send dues notices ( electronically), and help with follow-up
– Use database on funding sources to look for prospects, and help draft communications, and manage outreach by email, letter, and phone and track results
-Look for needs to update website, and help coordinate with our web administrator
-Respond to member questions and requests
– Help plan for and organize annual meeting presentations
Requirements:
Prior Sr. Admin experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Scheduling & Meeting Minutes experience
Excellent verbal & written Communication Skills
Responsible, organized, & flexible
