We are looking for a qualified ACCOUNTING & OFFICE ASSISTANT to join our team.

We are looking for a qualified accounting and office assistant to join our team and that might be you!

Job Description:

Full time position includes supporting the CFO with daily and monthly accounting tasks, answering phones, overseeing job tickets to ensure all materials were ordered, contacting past due AR customers, AP statement balancing, entering journal entries, account reconciliation, and performing miscellaneous office responsibilities.

Requirements:

Experience working in an office setting

Strong QuickBooks, strong accounting background, Word, and Excel experience preferred

Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills

Professionalism and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and desire grow your skills

Honesty

Integrity

Strong people skills – Team player

Starting wage is DOE (dependent on experience)

Job will start within 2 weeks of acceptance
