The chosen candidate will be working out in the field 5 days a week to support a very successful and busy high end office/hospitality furniture client base. As an Associate with The Schneider Group you will contribute to the company’s success in the following ways:

• Developing and delivering presentations to architects, design firms, dealers, and end-users.
• Creating solutions and quotes for clients.
• Creating and closing sales.
• Prospecting new opportunities, and new accounts.
• Managing current accounts with statewide, and international programs.
• Traveling to, and participating in local and national trade shows.

The successful candidate will need to be a motivated, self-starter, with a money-motivated mentality, while maintaining a professional polished image. Existing relationships with key dealers and design firms are of great value to our consideration.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience
• BA Degree is a plus
• A design background is a plus
• A SUV or Van is required
• The ability to deliver high end chair samples on a daily basis.
• You can be located in Los Angeles or Orange County
