Responsibilities:

• To sign out all necessary service orders, collect all parts and special tools that are required for the completion of all service calls assigned to you.
• Take note of all special instructions for each service call. E.g. Timing for service call, who to report to at client’s facility and any other instructions briefed by service coordinator.
• Inspect/double check all spare parts issued to you by the service coordinator to prevent any parts being wrongly issued, (so as to prevent delay in getting client’s equipment fixed and having to revisit the facility again the next day).
• To complete all daily service calls assigned to you by your supervisor with accurate troubleshooting.
• Must GREET and INFORM customers politely on your purpose of visit when you arrive at destination. If the customer is not around, they will have to inform the next person-in-charge of your arrival.
• All troubleshooting procedures are to be clearly stated on the service orders and make sure that the time in and time out section on the service orders must be filled in.
