A career with Columbia Nursing has never been so inviting!We are currently recruiting a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to lead and teach in the PMHNP specialty DNP program as well as serve as a Program Director.The incoming faculty will teach and maintain an active clinical practice, taking advantage of our resource allocation plan (percentage of time for teaching & practice is individually determined). The combination of teaching & practice is a fundamental component of our educational mission.Columbia University offers a competitive salary & outstanding benefits package. The selected individual will receive an academic appointment commensurate with credentials & qualifications. (This is a non-tenured faculty position.) Successful candidates will have a doctoral degree (PhD, DNP, DNSc, DrPH, EdD) from a recognized institution of higher education. A minimum of two (2) years of practice experience and an active Family Nurse Practitioner license and certification are required. The selected incumbent will have exemplary communication skills.
