Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
This position is a new and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Executive Assistant to provide effective administrative support to the Associate Dean’s and Senior Professional staff members within the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences.
We have one 12-month fixed-term – full-time (37.5 hours per week) position AND one permanent – fulltime (37.5 hours per week) position.
Remuneration: $47,000 – $59,000 dependent on experience

The role is based in the office of the Dean (M&HS Building 505). You will be working alongside a team of EAs who are extremely busy but have a collegial/calm and friendly work ethic with great personalities.
