the goals of the University community and the needs of the next
generation of scholars.
Job Summary
The Operations and Planning Coordinator will work closely with and
support the Executive Assistant (EA) to the University Librarian and
Dean of the University Library to provide budget, financial, and
analytical support, and will assist with special projects as needed.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will provide
administrative support to Library Senior Leaders under the direction of
the EA providers in a team setting. This role will require the
individual to work well under time sensitive deadlines, to exhibit good
communication skills, and to be well organized. The Operations and
Planning Coordinator will use existing knowledge to perform a diverse
set of critical administrative, operational, and strategic duties in
support of the institute’s day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Minimum requirements include vocational training, apprenticeships or the
equivalent experience in related field (not typically required to have a
four-year degree).

years of work experience in a related job discipline.
